There is a VO rack in the front and a bagman carradice rack on the saddle. There was a carradice bag, a frame bag a and a feed bag on the bike when stolen. The only indicator it's a surly is the sticker on the seat tube and the serial number. It has a pair of crust shaka handlebars, wrapped in turquoise bar tape. 3x9 shimano drivetrain, flight deck brifters, v-brakes with long/short pull adapters. It had a brooks c17 saddle.

Description of incident
I left my bike with the wheel locked to the frame in front of the Seattle Super Market. When I came out 5 minutes later it was gone. The store sent me security footage and it looks like two guys put it in back of a white pickup and made off with it. They weren't able to make out the license plate.
