stolen from a locked 1up hitch rack on June 5 2021 at 9:00 am inside the parking lot of a gated apartment in corner Willis/Roscoe Blvd. There are 2 thieves on the Surveillance camera, they left the scene using their own bikes as a getaway vehicle.
