Bike was stolen from a bike rack located within a secure underground garage at the stated address. It was locked with a U-lock and cable combination. The cable was cut and found at the scene. Status of the u-lock is unknown. At the time of the theft, bike had a rear pannier rack mounted (but no panniers), a Garmin GPS mount on the stem and two bottle cages. The U-lock's carrier was also attached to the bike's front fork.
