My roommate and I were in my detached garage cleaning the floor with my bike resting on the driveway about 3 meters behind me. While I had my back turned an individual with a blue sweatshirt with a hood covering their face and a grey backpack ran onto my driveway, got onto the bike, and rode away. The individual rode the bike east down 76th ave but we were unable to keep up.
