Two bikes stolen from bike rack on my car.Double locked , both locks cut.Was for sale on offer up being sold by a guy named NELSON.See PICS! Police wouldn’t respond as I couldn’t find serial number.Was seen around East LA, Wilshire/Vermont Station.
