Vintage Bianchi Road Bike. Dark blue frame, I assume it's a steel frame. Gold/Bronze Bianchi lettering. Red/pink handle bar tape. Black tires with yellow line on inside of tire. Normal pedals.

Locked my bike up outside of Healthy Spirits on 15th Street with a Kryptonite Evolution V4 lock. Locked onto a city provided bike parking. Lock was sawed through and left at the scene.
